Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at  faucetmart.ca.  Please see our full return policy below. 

  1. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar  days from the delivered date. 
  2. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 
  3. We aren't able to accept returns or exchanges unless they have been authorized by our Customer Support team cs@faucetmart.ca.
  4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
  5. If you want to return or exchange, please contact us to provide your Order Number and state the reason.
  6. Please note : due to ministry of health  regulations and the public safety, the following items are not refundable and considered as final sale : all toilets, Toto Washlets and Toto smart toilets including Neorest or other smart toilet brands , bidets including all toilet seats and toilet accessories. 

 

Order Cancellation

  1. For orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
  2. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped, when the item is installed or open box. 
  3. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 20 days, please contact us via email)

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar  days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. 
  2. If the product is damaged in any way,  or you have initiated the return after the 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. 
  3. On certain brands the manufacturer may charge the 25% restocking fee for exchange orders as well. 
  4. Only standard finishes (chrome for faucets and showers) , are subject to our return policy. Any other none chrome finishes are final sale and not returnable. Special conditions may apply. 
  5. Customers can return products by shipping them back to us, for our return address see at the bottom. 
  6. For defective products customers  must contact us within 14 calendar days from the delivered date to report the damage. 
  7. Due to ministry of health  regulations and public safety The following items are not refundable and considered as final sale :
    all toilets, Toto Washlets and Toto smart toilets including Neorest or other smart toilet brands , bidets including all toilet accessories. 
  8. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. 
  9. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)

 

After receiving your email with an exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Note: All return/exchange items must be returned NEW, unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging.
