Changed your mind? We’ll gladly accept uninstalled, not taken a part ,unused , or not defective by a client  merchandise purchased on for return or exchange. Please click here for the Return/Exchange request.  Or call us directly at  1800 355 9271

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. Please notice that is not responsible for shipping costs or for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment.
We accept returns . You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of 
your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase as long as they've not been :
-not clean 
-taken a part.
-damaged by the client. 
If 30 days or more have passed since your 
purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. 
Please notice is not responsible for any damaged once the product has been installed. It is the buyers responsibility to inform  for any damages the product may contain. 

What if the product is damaged ?
Upon receiving the shipment from  please make sure the shipment is not damaged. Once the client have  signed for the shipment it is the responsibility of the client to notify  for any damaged or wrong items. You have 48 hours from the time of your shipping arrival to report any product damages. 
Restocking fees ?
A restocking fee may be charged. 
When Will I Be Refunded?
Please allow 1-2  weeks for your return to be received and processed. We’ll send you an email to confirm once the return has been completed.
To obtain full credit please make sure :

  1.  The returned item  must be in 100% Re-Saleable condition.
  2.  In original packaging.
  3. Not have packaging that is written on or defaced in any way.

How to Return Products ? 
Follow the directions on the back of your packing list. Pack all items in a secure box or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing list with your items.
